How does Nexa AI capture spreads?+
Nexa AI watches CEX order books and DEX pools at the same time. When the buy-side quote on one venue is cheaper than the sell-side quote on another - after fees, gas, and slippage - the engine sizes a round-trip and submits both legs. Capital stays on plan books until unlock returns funds to your Nexa balance.
Are the plan returns guaranteed?+
No. Stated daily and lock-cycle ranges are targets, not promises. Spreads compress, venues go offline, and risk limits can pause a plan. You can lose capital, including fees paid to venues and networks.
How do deposits and withdrawals work?+
Deposit USDT or USDC on Base via Wallet → Deposit. After required Base confirmations, funds credit to your Nexa balance. Invest from that balance into a plan. When the lock ends, principal + credited profit (minus the 12% performance fee on profit) return to Nexa balance. Withdraw sends to your connected wallet; Nexa AI processes the send during desk hours — not an instant auto-payout.
Is the Home activity tape live venue fills?+
In demo / simulated engine mode, Filled / Partial / Missed events follow plan daily bands for UI realism. They are not live CEX fills until live engine mode is enabled. Estimates on the dashboard are forecasts only until credited to books.
Which venues are in the universe?+
The live set includes Binance, OKX, Bybit, Coinbase, Kraken, Uniswap V3, Raydium, Camelot, Velodrome, and Trader Joe. Higher tiers unlock more venues and isolated inventory so large clips do not compete with the shared cluster.
What fees does Nexa AI charge?+
A performance fee of 12% on realized net profit is deducted at unlock / settlement. Principal is never fee'd. Network gas and venue taker fees are passed through at cost. There is no deposit fee.
